Ordering Policies

• Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice
• All orders placed on the website are subject to approval
• The product pictures are for example purposes only and may or may not represent the exact product descriptions
• All prices are F.O.B. factory
• $100 Minimum domestic parts order
• $250 Minimum international parts order, for any order shipped outside the US
• Orders placed before noon, Vilter’s time, during normal business hours, for in stock parts, will ship the same day if possible
• Backorder items will be shipped as soon as possible

Return policy

• All new parts return requests must be processed through the Vilter Parts Order Department
• Parts returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee
• Kits must be returned complete, in new and unused condition.  No partial returns of kits are permitted.
• Parts beginning with the numbers 999 are non-returnable.  These are unique items that Vilter does not stock and therefore cannot take back once they have been sold.

Emergency service support

• After-hours ordering (after 7 pm CST weekdays, any time holidays or weekends) are subject to overtime charges as follows:
• Regular overtime (weekday and Saturday) – staff of 2 with a 3 hour minimum @ $50/ hour = $300
• Holiday and Sunday overtime – staff of 2 with a 3 hour minimum @ $70/hour = $420
